Day 1: Meet our agent at the Entebbe International Airport & then transfer to your hotel

Following you flight from the place of origin, you arrive at the Uganda’s main entry point – Entebbe International Airport located on Entebbe peninsular that penetrates into the Lake Victoria – the second largest fresh water lake in the world and the largest in Africa. You secure your Uganda Visa at the Immigration desk and enter the country. Meet our representative who will offer you a warm welcome to the Pearl of Africa and brief you about Uganda and safari in particular after which you transfer to the hotel for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest NP. Make a stop at Uganda Equator crossing Kayabwe and Igongo Cultural Center for traditional Lunch

After an early morning breakfast, transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest, you make a stop at the Equator Kayabwe 77km from Kampala. The site is ideal for photography where you take photos with legs in different hemispheres. Water experiments can also be made to demonstrate the geographical divide between the two hemispheres. Continue on the drive to make another stop at Igongo Cultural Center 12km to Mbarara town for traditional lunch after which you will proceed to Bwindi arriving in the evening for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Day 3: Uganda Gorilla Safari in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest & have Batwa / Bakiga Community tour in the evening

Early in the morning after breakfast, transfer to respective park headquarters for a briefing before undertaking the gorilla tracking activity at 8am. This activity can take between 2 hours to a full day depending on the movements of these beautiful Apes in the jungle. After the trek return to the lodge for your lunch as you prepare for an evening community walk that will give you chance to interact with the few remaining Pygmy (Batwa) community-the group that is believed to have evolved from the Stone Age people. This group will entertain you with their traditional dance and will be able to make fire by rubbing two sticks together in a similar way like the Stone Age period people did.

Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Undertake a game drive in Ishasha sector in search of tree climbing lions

Early morning after breakfast transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Ishasha sector, in anticipation of spotting the tree-climbing lions. The drive through Ishasha offers you the unique chances of spotting the magical tree climbing lions that tend to hang on fig tree branches during the day time. Proceed to upper section of Queen Elizabeth National Park for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Day 5: Do game drive / wild game viewing in the morning and afternoon Kazinga Channel boat cruise

After breakfast, embark on a game drive that is enriched with herds of Elephants, Buffaloes, Antelope species like waterbucks, Uganda Kobs, Bushbucks among others, Warthogs, side stripped jackals, Olive baboons, Vervet Monkeys, the Spotted Hyenas, leopard among other wild game. This area also has much to offer to birders since the grassy plains support large flocks of raptors such as Brown Snake eagle, Martial Eagle, Bateleur, African Harrier-Hawk, Grey-Kestrel, Saddle-billed Stork, White and Abdims Stork, Ruppells griffon and the immense Lappet-faced, just to mention but a few. Retreat from the activity and return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch and in the afternoon, you gather at Mweya jetty to embark on the 2 hour boat cruise along the 45km long Kazinga Channel. On the boat, you have possibilities of encountering the Nile crocodiles and Hippos along with birds such as the African Skimmer and Yellow billed stork. From the boat, do an evening game drive in the peninsular as you connect for dinner and overnight

Day 6: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park. Hike the Ndali Kasenda Crater field commonly known as the top of the world

After breakfast, embark on the transfer to Kibale National Park driving along the Rwenzori Mountains 157km about 2 – 3 hours’ drive. Upon arrival in Kibale Area, you embark on the hike to Ndali Kasenda Crater Lake field to gain impressive of the crater lakes including lake Bikera and Nyinabulitwa before retiring for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Do Chimpanzee trekking in the morning and afternoon Bigodi wetland walk

After your early morning breakfast, Go to Kanyanchu headquarters for a briefing and start chimpanzee tracking at 8:00 am. Expect to see a lot of primates such as chimps, red-tailed monkey, grey-cheeked mangabeys, L’hoest monkeys, the white and black colobus monkey, butterflies, different insects and forest birds. Return to the starting point and settle for your packed lunch after which you proceed to Bigodi Swamp for birding. This Wetland Sanctuary lies on the main Fort Portal to Kamwenge road, 5km south-east of the Kanyanchu Tourist Centre. This community-based project offers access to Magombe Swamp, a very interesting area of papyrus and swamp forest. Some of the special birds endemic to this habitat include the white-winged Warbler, papyrus Gonolek, papyrus canary, Blue-breasted Kingfisher, White-spotted Flufftail, Blue-headed Coucal, the spectacular Yellow-billed Barbet, Black-faced Rufous warbler and Grey-capped Warbler, Scaly-throated honeyguide, Blue-shouldered and Snowy-headed Robin-Chats. Retire for overnight.

Day 8: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. Whole day drive

After your early morning breakfast transfer to Murchison Falls National Park- a long day drive going through the homesteads. You can make a stop-over at Albertine escarpments to observe the rift valley fronted with the blue mountains of Congo. The view of Lake Albert at the floor of the rift valley is fascinating. Aboard the Ferry to cross River Nile to the northern bank for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Day 9: Do morning game drive and afternoon Nile launch cruise

After your breakfast undertake a morning game drive to the northern sector of the park with possibilities of encountering lions, elephants, leopard, spotted hyena, Jackson’s hartebeest, Uganda kob, patas monkeys, Rothschild giraffes, Cape Buffaloes, Oribis among other Species. The drive also offers you impressive sights of Murchison savannah landscape that open stretched with scattered borassus palm trees. Retreat from 3 – 4 hour activity and return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch. In the afternoon, embark on the thrilling boat cruise along the Nile River where you have possibilities of encountering a range of aquatic Species including the Nile crocodiles, hippos, rare shoebill among others.

Day 10: Visit the top of the falls & transfer to Kampala. Make a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary en route

After breakfast, cross to the southern section to explore the top of the falls where you encounter the Nile River squeezing itself to pass through a less than seven meter ravine before falling 43m below to what has been termed as the Devils Cauldron forming a plume of Spray marked by thunderous roar and a trademark rainbow. The top of the falls is a good site for photography. You retreat from the activity and transfer to Kampala. You make a stop en route in Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to do white Rhino tracking in the savannah thicket of Ziwa which is the only point in Uganda where Rhinos can be found. Lunch en route and transfer to Kampala arriving in the evening for relaxation, dinner and overnight

This is dedicated for your departure but if you are departing in the evening, you embark in the exploration of Kampala city viewing the sites of cultural, historical, religious, political, educational and economic significance including the Owino and Nakasero Market, Makerere University, Uganda Parliament, Uganda National Museum, Kabaka’s palace, the Gadhafi National Mosque, the Baha’i Temple, Namugongo Martyrs Shrine, the Nakasero and Rubaga Cathedral among other areas. In the evening, transfer to Entebbe International Airport for flight departure back home.
