Day 1: Transfer To Murchison Falls National Park. Visit Ziwa Sanctuary En Route To Track Rhino On Foot.
At about 6.30 am, you’ll pick up from a hotel in Entebbe/Kampala. Embark on a 5-6 hour drive northwest to Uganda’s largest national park, Murchison Falls NP. Drive through typical Uganda villages and vibrant towns before having a special stop at Ziwa Sanctuary for a thrilling 2 hours rhino tracking adventure on foot.
Ziwa is home to Uganda’s only wild rhinos. After rhino tracking, enjoy lunch at the nearby Kabalega dinner, after which you continue to Murchison Falls NP. This park is a great place for Uganda wildlife safaris as it has so many animals and birds.
It is bisected by the longest river in the world on which the world’s strongest waterfall is located. Arrive in the late afternoon, for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive & Afternoon Boat trip To the Bottom of Murchison Falls.
After a quick breakfast at 6.30 am, go on a 4-hour game drive in Murchison Falls NP. Explore the beautiful savannah grasslands of the northern sector, which contains over 80% of the park’s wildlife. Look out for Giraffes, buffalos, Elephants, Antelopes, Lions, Leopards, Hyenas, Warthogs, Patas Monkeys, Olive Baboons, etc. Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.
In the afternoon, set out for a leisurely 3 hours boat cruise upstream of the Nile, spotting the river’s large populations of Nile crocodiles, Hippos, fantastic Waterbirds, as well as Buffalo and elephants quenching their thirsts in the world’s longest river.

Day 3: Nile Delta Boat Safari & Evening Game Drive In Murchison Falls NP.
Wake up at 7 am and do a 5-hour morning boat cruise from Paraa to the Nile Delta Area. A delta area is a place where the Nile flows into Lake Albert. It is home to a variety of waterbirds, but the ultimate prize is sighting the shoebill. Sightings of this rare bird, which resembles something from the dinosaur era, are great in this area.
The boat trip is also an excellent opportunity to explore the area’s beautiful scenery and animals like hippos, Crocodiles, Giraffes, Buffalos, and Elephants. Among the best highlights of the boat trip will be a stop along the riverbank for a delicious bush breakfast made by your private chef.

After morning breakfast at 6:30 am, transfer to the visitor center in Kibale Forest. Meet the park guides by 7 am for briefing and at about 8.00 am, embark on a 2-5 hour trek in the verdant Kibale Forest to find chimps.
Chimpanzee trekking in Uganda‘s Kibale gives you a 95% chance to see chimpanzees in their natural habitat. You spend one hour with the chimps and return starting point for a packed lunch.
In the afternoon, take a Bigodi Community village walk. Spend time with the friendly local people, learning about the unique ways of life including making local banana beer, waragi gin, and much more.

The park is home to over 95 Uganda mammals and 600 Uganda bird species! Day 7: Travel To Bwindi National Park. En-route Game Drive In the Ishasha Sector In Search Of Tree Climbing Lions.
Enjoy your breakfast at 8.00 am and embark on a 4-7 hour drive to Bwindi. Along the way, have a short game drive in the Ishasha plains to spot the famous tree-climbing lions. Exit the park and travel through the rolling hills of southwestern Uganda as you make your way to the great Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
The park is a sanctuary for 459 gorillas of the world’s 1063 mountain gorillas, many endemic birds, and monkeys. Arrive in the evening for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Day 8: Gorilla Trekking In Bwindi & Transfer To Lake Bunyonyi For Boat Cruise & Relaxation.
Begin your day with an early breakfast at 6 am and transfer to the park headquarters for gorilla trekking, which starts at 8:00 am with a briefing about the gorilla trekking experience. Thereafter-8 hours trek into the ‘Impenetrable’ jungle to find the Mountain gorillas.
You’ll find gorillas after 2-8 hours of trekking and you’ll spend 1 hour with them. Return to the starting point for your packed lunch.
Then undertake a scenic 1-3 hour drive to Lake Bunyonyi, arriving in the late afternoon for a boat cruise. Bunyonyi, which is dotted with 29 lush islands is the second deepest lake in Africa and one of the most beautiful as well. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

This is Uganda’s smallest savannah park, but with an impressive diversity of wildlife, including Giraffes, Zebras, Impalas, Elands, Buffaloes, Topi, Waterbuck, and Reedbuck, Bushbuck, Hippos, Warthogs, Leopard, Crocs, and Hyena.
