Day 1: Transfer To Queen Elizabeth National Park.
At around 6.00 am after early morning breakfast at your hotel in Kampala, we will embark on a 387km (6-7 hours) drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park in the west of Uganda. We will pass through impressive rural landscapes of Uganda, towns, and markets where you will see people going on with their daily life.
We will have a stopover at the equator for photographs. Uganda is actually one of the few countries in the world where the Imaginary line that divides the earth into two halves (The Equator) passes. Having a foot on each side of the Earth is perhaps one of the best selfie opportunities you will ever get while on your 4 Days Uganda Safari Kibale Queen.
After this amazing experience, we will continue on our journey and we will have a lunch en route at Igongo Cultural Center. As we drive to the park, you will enjoy the impressive views of the snowcapped Rwenzori Mountains, Africa’s highest Moutain range which rises to 5,109m above sea level.
Upon arrival in Queen Elizabeth National Park, we will engage in an evening game drive adventure through the spectacular landscapes of this scenic park as we search for amazing wildlife such as Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Buffaloes, Spotted hyenas, Waterbucks, Uganda Kobs plus much more as the checklist of mammal reach 96 species.

Day 2: Do Game Drive In The Morning & Afternoon Kazinga Channel Launch Cruise.
We will wake up for an early morning cup of coffee (at around 6.00 am) in the views of the moist savannah before engaging in an exciting 3-4 hours game drive in Queen Elizabeth Park. The morning game drive in the rolling savannah plains of this Uganda’s dramatic park provides excellent opportunities to encounter Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Buffalos, Giant forest hogs, hippos, Defassa Waterbucks, Uganda Kobs, Topis and Bushbucks, and many more.
The game drive also offers an opportunity to see counts of birds including the Grey-crowned crane, Red-throated spurfowl, Long-crested Eagle, Black-bellied bustard, sitting cisticola, and Martial Eagle, African Skimmer, and Black-rumped Buttonquail.
Retreat from the activity for relaxation and lunch after which you gather at Mweya jetty for an afternoon 2-hours Kazinga Channel boat cruise departing at 2 pm. This wonderful boat trip will give us a chance to cruise just meters from hundreds of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffalos, and waterbucks along with a variety of waterbirds such as pelicans, Saddle bellied stork, Black-headed gonolek, Yellow-billed stork, White-billed stork, African Spoonbill, African fish eagle, Marabou stork, African jacana, and White-faced whistling ducks.
It is remarkable to experience being so close to all these fantastic creatures from the comfort of the boat, with the stunning park all around us adding to the memories we will have of this cruise.
Upon returning from the boat activity, embark on the drive through the Katwe crater field with amazing views of the Crater lakes and the Katwe salt lake where the enclave communities have made a fortune for centuries past. Explore their salt formation and extraction process. The Crater region is also a darling for elephants and olive baboons. Retire from the activity for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer To Kibale National Park And Track Chimpanzees In The Afternoon.
After breakfast at around 6.00 am, transfer to Kibale National Park, a 157km (3-4 hours) drive passing along the impressive scenery of the legendary “Mountains of the Moon”−the Rwenzori Mountains. This mountain range with its permanently snow-capped peaks features the (third-highest in Africa (5109m).
You arrive in Kibale; settle for lunch after which you gather at the Kanyanchu Tourism Center for an amazing Chimpanzee tracking experience which starts at 2.00 pm. You undertake a 2-4-hour trek in the forest in search of the Common Chimpanzees.
Walking through the understory in the Kibale Forest, you hear chimpanzees long before you ever see them. Their screams and “pant hoots” carry to you, quickening the pulse, for you realize there is no comforting safety provided by a vehicle. This is real – you are on foot in the midst of a family of powerful wild animals that, in flashes, are disconcertingly human-like. You are the outsider here, in the chimps’ home at their pleasure.
This moment is one very few get to experience and Kibale is one of a handful of places where you can do so.
Kibale harbors incredibly biodiversity, and besides chimps, contains 12 other primate species, a total of 60 mammal species, and 325 bird species. You will see many of these wild creatures during the chimp trek. After encountering the chimpanzees, you will spend a full one hour with them taking photos, seeing them as they eat fruits, make pant hooting calls, copulate and mate, patrol, hunt, and socialize.
You return from the encounter connecting to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

You ride along with the guide chatting with the estate staff where you can also disembark from bikes and participate in the tea plucking to have an experiential touch. You retreat from the activity and transfer back to Kampala, lunch stop in Mubende town and arrive in Kampala in the afternoon
