The Baganda have three major dances; Muwogola,Nankasa and Bakisimba.
All these involve flawless round movements of the waist.In most cases,dance motifs are determined by the song tempo rather than the lyrics.the themes to these songs are based on love,sex,marriage,reproduction,education,politics and social norms.
