Nyege Nyege festival is an annual festival held in Jinja’s Nile Discovery Resort, a luscious 6-acre forest on the banks of the river Nile, just a kilometer away from the actual source of the River. Jinja source of the Nile is just 1km away.
Nyege Nyege stands for peace, respect and abundant joy, it stands for Africa and Africans, for underground music and musicians, it stands for fun and curiosity and strives towards inclusivity and wonder.
